Goal: Redesign the product based upon a novel direction for the existing product (Connecting parents with college-aged babysitters)
My role:
Understand analytics for usage of the current product
Uncover UX frictions and ideate novel solutions

Created new wireframes to establish functionality of full website for end-to-end experience
Goal: Revamp existing Real-estate technology product to aggregate new home constructions targeted at consumers

Play Product Owner role communicating designs and overseeing execution.
Uncovered issues in Engineering execution: 1) QA was not performed 2) Quality of design inputs for Engineering was not to proper level 3) Sprints were not properly crafted.

Craft Product Strategy & Vision based on user needs and market opportunity.
Create Information Architecture & Wireframe documents outlining full functionality of product.
Partner with Graphic Designer to develop User-Interface & Graphics.
Communicate overall design to Development Team.
