Hi, I’m Ash

I’ve spent my career unifying business, design, and engineering to map value streams, redesign operations, and deliver products that actually move the needle.

With 15+ years across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and consulting, I brought UX design, operations and product leadership to each role to drive new value forward. My time at Kurt Salmon taught me to map any complex process in days, while my product roles showed me how to turn those maps into technology people love to use. I’ve done this in healthcare, real estate, ad tech, and beyond — always as the cross-functional glue that gets everyone aligned.

Most recently I helped an AI Co-pilot company for University Place Associates and Silverstein Properties that surfaced $2M+ in risk and streamlined their ownership workflows. I’m at my best when I’m rolling up my sleeves with leadership teams to help them see what's possible, navigate uncertainty faster, smarter, and with more confidence in the AI era.
