B2B Software UX - Data Analytics software system for non-profits

Problem: Create a system for Executive leaders, Program Managers, and Volunteers to coordinate implementation of surveys measuring impact in non-profit programs.

My Roles: User-research, Information Architecture, Wireframe, Oversee Graphic Design

The low fidelity wireframes were provided to a graphic designer to translate using an agreed upon style guide with the rest of the UI figured out.

Low fidelity Wireframes

Wireframes were created from the Information Architecture document & Site Flows. The Actions from the document for each stakeholder were easily translated on the pages and iterated upon with most of the UI determined. A key design challange was creating a simple system to track and schedule survey implementations. I focused on reducing clicks and focusing each page on the necessary action required.

User Flows

Tasks and various scenarios were translated into Flow diagrams to illustrate key decisions the system should handle. A design challenge I thought through was system setup at each level and what exactly was required to be set up by the Executive and Program Manager respectively for the system to accomplish its goals.

Information Architecture

We iterated alongside the client to breakdown Goals, Tasks, and Actions for each Stakeholder. Tasks & Actions turned in product features.
