Goal: Connect with clients to determine needs and provide UX guidance for build teams.
Sustainability management platform for Healthcare and Agriculture industries to measure and plan projects for scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
Goal: Determine if there is a product opportunity for the Special Needs market. Analyze stakeholders, frictions, and competitors. End result was providing product vision, product mockup, and plan for further development to reach product-market fit.
Goal: Determine a recommended short-list of competitors in the home services space to assess for acquisition. Based upon discovering the right priority features needed for the market and assessing competitors’ products to see who might be leading in the space.
Goal: Increase conversions by improving brand and overall product story of a company in the women’s health space. Provided audit of website and product to provide areas of improvement.
Goal: Create a solution for the headache and migraine community complementary to traditional medicine that provides paid wellness content, supplements, and free articles to the community.
Result: Lead vision, design, build, and go-to market activities as Head of Product. Created iOS App, E-commerce shop, and Content library website. Growing subscribers and viewers from Zero to Thousands.
Goal: Launch a Strategic Portfolio for Comcast-NBC Universal to enter the Healthcare space.
Result: $10M+ Joint-Venture with Independence Blue Cross created (Quil Health) amongst other Healthcare projects for the core business.
Goal: Audit UX & UI and craft redesign + partner with Front-end dev to execute changes
Results: Designed data visualizations for understanding market data leading to greater client engagement. Branding agencies, Influencers, Individual publishers leverage Billions of data points to help with ad buying decisions.

Goal: Design & execute a functional prototype for an IoT medical device in the diabetic treatment & amputation prevention space from an existing core technology.
My role:
Understand technical components and connections of existing system.
Design an updated version of the technology that minimizes the size by 300% and allows for smarter control through cloud-based infrastructure.
Recruit and manage Electrical & Software Engineering talent to execute design to create an initial functional prototype over a 6 week timeframe.
Understand Healthcare stakeholder requirements to revamp prototype for commercialization.
Goal: Redesign the product based upon a novel direction for the existing product (Connecting parents with college-aged babysitters)

Goal: Help reinvent Gas Station Monitoring and Compliance.
Helped a Gas Station Tank monitoring solution revamp its hardware and business model. Helped create a team to create a hardware product and software for monitoring and management. Turned into a successful SaaS company. Eventually acquired by Titan Cloud Software.
